SLC looking for housing

tl;dr: couple with a cat looking for two bedrooms in a house in SLC proper starting August 1 2025.

My girlfriend and I are moving from Seattle to SLC in August and are looking to join an existing house with anywhere from 3-5 people total. She's starting a grad program at the U and I'll be looking for work as a software engineer. Our total budget for two bedrooms is $1400-1800, and we ideally want to live in Sugarhouse, the Aves, or 9th and 9th. We do all the outdoor hobbies and want to live with people who like living with other people.
