Buyer beware (see Austin’s explanation below) but considering PayPal/eBay protections, I think this might be worth the gamble… on e bay there is a seller named xxx selling C4’s. Cheap… like 1/2 price or so. I bought a 7 for $120 shipped/tax, which I think is at least 50% off… if it doesn’t show, I’ll get the money back easy enough, but might be worth looking it up, especially if you need wide gear (regular size C4’s were $53, IIRC).

Almost definitely a scam. Expect a tracking number that gets "delivered" to a different address in your zip code and then an annoying uphill battle to get a refund.

The seller also currently has a range of Walker's earmuffs for sale at less than half the common retail price (including one that retails @ $150, the Excel Bluetooth, that they're selling for $67). FYI, a range of this brand were recently on sale @ Amazon w/fluctuating pricing at times even less than the ebay seller's price, including the aforementioned, so that item is consistent with recent market conditions. Simply another data point. 

I've bought/sold on ebay 25+ yrs. and from all I've read ebay in recent years typically sides with buyers often even if they scam the sellers. I've had very few problems on ebay, but got burned buying a new pair of new climbing shoes a couple years back and ebay painlessly reimbursed me.
