Hangboard Training

Hi all, I have been climbing for 3 months, outdoor sport, bouldering and gym sport climbing

I climb 5.11b-c, and boulder v4-6

If I climb monday, Wednesday, friday what should hangboard training look like for the week?

I use this workout and have seen massive gains, he goes in depth and it’s really great. Starting out with no weight and just doing minimum edge as your max is probably the best way to get into it. He kinda goes in depth on when you should use it but you can do it before your climbing sessions
