Eldo 5.8-10a, weekdays, weekends and anything in between

Fed up with partners not showing up? Scared of flimsy belayers? Well, look no further! I'm your next "hookup".

Start before 8, finish when we get baked (or preferrably later).

Let's get after it in these sending temps. Winter will be here sooner than you think.

Me:

• Fiercely uncompetitive
• I have no specific routes or grades as a goal. My goal is to have fun (and stay alive/undamaged)
• I won't cancel plans for any other reason than crummy weather
• 100% active brake hand at all times (as is blatantly obvious, I'm a huge fan of redundancy)
• On the rock, I'm a "dancer", not a power crusher (that's why Eldo is a favorite and I keep going full days)
• Not seeking adrenaline adventures, but thoroughly enjoy a good gear challenge or climbing puzzle
• Best times when laughing at my feeble efforts on an intriguing sandbag
• 2,000+ pitches and 10,000+ nut placements under my belt (yes, I do place more gear than the average climber and I'm blessed with a double set of nuts)

You:

• Can make a plan more than 24h in advance and stick to it
• Know how to operate your belay device correctly (and if you think there are hands-free belay devices, we won't be climbing)
• Not too grumpy in the mornings
• Won't cancel plans for any other reason than crummy weather
• Respond to email (keep an eye on your spam folder when trying mountainproject messaging)
• Extra brownie points if you are enthusiastic about 8-12 pitch days (I only have two months to get in shape, so I need some big days)

I've climbed with Patrik a few times over the years, including earlier this week when we got 7 quality pitches in on a 1/2 day with no rush or drama.
Patrick is a safe and solid climber with plenty of experience and is pleasant to be around.

Looking for more full-day Eldo fans. Now when the permit system is over, I can do weekends as well. Looking for Sun Sept 17 and Thu Sept  21 or any sunny day afterwards. 

Start before 8, finish after 4, trying to get 6-12 pitches in. Mainly focusing on 5.9-5.10.

No drama?? What are you talking about? I was squealing like a panicked piglet at that massive (1 foot) lead fall!

Green spur into rebuffat on Saturday? Could do a couple single pitches after like darkness or grand course
