Hey all - just curious if anyone has been able to access any climbing areas in AF. I looked at UDOT traffic cams but its kinda hard to tell what approaches etc. are like. I'm up in Ogden so I'd rather not drive down just to get turned around, any info is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I hiked up to hell the other day and everything was seeping. Lots of snow along the roads at all the pullouts. Hard rock seems the most climbable. I’d give it a few weeks at least.

Red corners area is completely dry. Climbed there 2 days ago. Idk about other walls atm but a lot of the snow has melted.

Pretty solid conditions up a hard rock today. Checked out Division that alcove from kiddie pool to isotoner was pretty soaked and a decent amount of snow on the ground still, theres a fair amount of snow up top thats gonna seep for a couple weeks probably

I hiked up to the hideaway 2 weeks ago.  Anything steep with cool water streaks had water actively running down the face.  Hence the water streaks.  But this was two weeks ago.  So, maybe things are drying out.  The less steep 5.10s to the left of the main area looked dry.  The west face vertical wall also looked mostly dry but I suspect pockets were holding water.

Diablo - seeping holds all around malvado. Hell - cave is super wet. Guillotine section good to go.

Anyone know if you can get to cannabis right now? And even if it’s dry enough?

Membrane and Cannabis seemed like most the snow on the ground was gone but rock seemed pretty seepy, however that was 2 weekends ago i havent been there since so in theory should be a bit better. I dont think you would get completely hosed. theres plenty of other south facing crags down there that are good to go at this point

Cannibus is good to go. I’ve climbed there 2xs in the last 2 weeks.

Upper Division is still seeping some. Holds on the first two bolts of algorithm were wet. The routes to the left seemed to also be seeping.

Anyone have any thoughts on how to get across the river to the B-52 wall since the logs previously used for the approach were washed away?

Park by beer can alley and cross where the river goes under the street. Trail from there.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
