Alabama Hills Climbing and Camping Conditions

I originally planned to go to the ORG during my week off (next week) but since it's closed, I thought Alabama Hills would be a good place to go sport climbing instead of contributing to the crowd at Jtree. Does anyone have a recent condition report of the area? Are some sub-areas more climbable than others right now? Thank you in advance.

I'll save the other five people (who are sure to chime in when they wake up tomorrow morning and see this) the time from posting

"aren't there already 5 threads on this very topic, all from the last few days?"

(spoiler: they're not good)

I don't see any other threads on this topic from the last few days, except the one asking about camping only.

Daniel, the conditions are changing rapidly right now. I would keep an eye on the weather. The snow has melted below 6500' & the ORG might reopen soon + if you boulder you could check out the Eastside South.

Climbed at Alabama Hills last weekend. Movie Rd was closed just past the Shark’s Fin formation, so you ‘ll have to hike in to the formations on the north side if the road is still closed.

We ended up spending the day in Gunga Din
