I let the kids handle the wild citrus we find with their own blades. Pretty knife. I just carry a lame 2" lock blade. In 20 years of backcountry outings across the lower 48 I've never needed anything more.

Existing dogs owned by an individual/family or not in a kennel will be 'grandfathered' in. But all in kennels, shelters, and pounds should be destroyed. Noooooo!!!! Not the Great Danes too!!!!

Adam Burch wrote: My friend Luke in Tennessee made it, 8" blade in W2 with a clay hamon, beautiful ironwood handle. I almost hate to chop anything with it, but I do because that's what a tool is for. You are welcome to try and cut brush with a 2" blade, and you can likely cut some, but I'd imagine my efficiency is higher nawmean? You and David K. should chat lol. They could be little models, but the hassle of that plus the message it sends them about their value based on fleeting looks are both awful. It's bad enough all the people we run into in public that fawn over them, I'm constantly reminding my daughter (she gets the most attention) that her worth is inherent, and that we are proud of her for all the things she does, not how she happens to look. I feel like we're doing a decent job balancing that out, but it's a constant battle. I wonder if there's a knife-based solution for this problem? I'll think on it. Never had to cut brush. I’ve cut nearly everything else with it. Except for dogs and elk.

Family left town and assumed I'll watch their dogs again. Six dogs have been left at the bottom of the local crag. Q'emiln. Have at 'em.
