^^^^^ hmmmm... i placed an order for the alpenglow memorial day sale on 5/28, got a confirmation on 5/29, but to date no shipping information or anything else. called yesterday - left a message, but got no call back?! emailed via website contact this morning - no reply?! i used to really like these guys, but it seems like customer service has gone downhill quite a bit since i last ordered with them... |

I've always gotten through to alpenglow on the phone fwiw, i think they're a skeleton crew and when they run these deals there's a lot of warehouse work (plus they're guiding and running two stores). if it's important just call again, it's not like they're Valley Giant and your money is gone forever. |

yeah, my past experiences with them have been good - which is why i'm surprised that i haven't heard anything back from them. i don't really care that much about when they ship, i DO care that someone is there to actually receive the package. returning calls/emails should be common courtesy/standard business practice... |

Ordered from Alpenglow last sale and called after 2 weeks with no word. They were nice with a reasonable ETA. It’ll get there, just expect it to take some time. Customer service after things calmed down was great. +1 for supporting small outdoor businesses. Great deal on Five Ten Crawe. $40 vs $190 on adidas’s website right now.
