Unimpressed with MM. Really wanted to buy a Cadillac from them. Couldn’t order off their site, long phone wait, then they promised pro deal because of delay but bailed when I ordered. Ended up buying a different brand. Disappointed.
Been climbing in it the last 2 months however this is my first MM so not a good idea of how this model compares to old ones. Quality seems pretty solid, but the harness started out very stiff and a little uncomfortable. Has since broken in and feels slightly better. I dont know if this is the best harness ive been in but i like the gear loops and have no problem with the straps coming loose, no noticeable wear so far, and the elastic leg straps havent come unhooked.
That's pretty cool. How does it work? The webbing is just floating over the padding?
Are those made in Wales?
A few years ago, in fact, DMM harnesses were made in Czechia - in common nowadays with a variety of excellent gear from that country; for all I know they still are. I have a couple of DMM harnesses, both of which are labelled "Made in EU". At the time the UK was still a member of the EU - left at the end of January 2020; but if DMM harnesses are still labelled in that way now, though, it would suggest that they are manufactured in Europe but not in the UK.
