I think that is the pitch above the ear on the salathe.

also the pitch the everyone seems to skip when they are claiming to free climb the salathe…

Way too tall for otter and not fractured enough for Great Head. My guess is somewhere in the UK.

Not Otter Cliff (nor is it Acadia), also not in the British isles. 

edit: not Taiwan and not Minnesota either.
