Hey Everyone!

Posted this on the Colorado forum but wanted to post it here as well. Had a friend tell me this is the place to go and try to outreach for a climbing person. We are running a summer camp near Red Feather Lakes (about 2 hours from Denver/one hour from Ft. Collins) and are in need of a Climbing/COPE director.

Description Of Job: Ben Delatour Scout Ranch (BDSR) is seeking qualified candidates to serve as the Climbing Program Director for the 2021 summer season .  The ideal candidate will be 21 years of age or older, have extensive top rope climbing and rappelling experience, knowledge of, or experience in challenge course work and will have staff management experience as well.  Certification as a BSA climbing director is required and the selected candidate should possess this certification or have the ability to attend a camp school session to receive certification. This is a SEASONAL position only. To receive a detailed job description please email campprograms@longspeakbsa.org.

I'm a BSA Climbing director, and work with Philmont Training Center faculty on the fall NCS Director Course.  I am forwarding this to Chris Moon who is on the National cope and climbing committee.

I wish I could do it. I've assisted with the program at BDSR & CLP for many years , whenever my troop attended (1983-2002)

Great group of men makes for a great COPE and climb program and solid staff training. It is a privilege to participate.
