How's Holcomb looking?

Is Holcomb open to climbers? If so, how crowded is it/how are people at keeping social distance? Was thinking of driving up this weekend, but wanted to make sure it was actually open. |

It’s open and crowded. |

I went last weekend and it wasn't too crowded. I suspect because everyone and their mom was there the previous weekend on Memorial Day. Only 'true crushers' like me go 2 weeks in a row. It'll be much less crowded if you stay away from central pinnacles. West and east were pretty deserted. Everyone is in line at Coyotes at Sunset. |

Chris Owenwrote: True, sorry for my lack of specificity. I guess I thought that was implied since that’s always the case. The main parking area is crowded, best to get there early. |

Connies are splitter. I was there this weekend and decked on pistol pete. I broke my right ankle and sprained my left. Man was it worth it to get outside after 3 months quarantined. Shoutout to Steph and joe for getting me out without needing a rescue helicopter. Eat. Sleep. Climb. Repeat. |

Yay the trolls are here! |

Please no fires at Holcomb. If this place gets gutted by fire you can say goodbye to climbing there for the next 20 years. |
