Hey look, a well thought out, well researched info page on what we do and don't know about CBD (TL;DR it's good for a form of epilepsy in children and might be good for arthritis, but more case control studies are needed) |

That old guy took it an it didn't cure everything so it is just a placebo. A placebo that got millions of people arrested because the government decided it should. But that's not the point. The point is vaccines. |

I work with several retired NFL players. They unanimously swear by CBD. But then they have the $'s to get hooked up with highest quality stuff too. |

I swear everyone loves this stuff so much you're desperate for it to be the end all. I believe it has its uses. It is probably safe in those uses. As a daily supplement plus topical and however else you choose to ingest it I bet its got side effects. I agree with OLH on one thing, get more sleep and eat healthy. Quit medicating because you are a little sore. |

Jon Hillis wrote: CBD is safe but Yes I agree as well. Just like all substances you should take them only if it helps with underlying issues. CBD is something that is superbeneficial for a small % of the population. Alot of other folk are just blowing smoke up their ass and saying they feel better instead of getting the treatment they actually need, all because a athlete or celebrity say wow CBD is awesome, it's benefits have nothing to do with my greater access to health care. |

Deven Lewis wrote: I listened to a podcast by some ultra runner guy interviewing the founder of Hammer Nutrition on their CBD products and it honestly made me positive that I do not want to buy Hammer stuff. The guy acted like you need CBD every day in multiple forms to be a good athlete and sleep well. It was such a terrible interview but I am sure it sold him a tonne of product. |
