I’ve started my own little collection of guidebooks, and I’ve really started enjoying not just modern useful guidebooks, but classic ones with character. I’m thinking of stuff like The Dome Drivers Manual, super fun to look through and see some history.
Aaron Huey’s Ten Sleep guidebooks are pretty unique.

Both of Alan Watt's Smith Rock guidebooks are a pleasure to read. He's a good writer and it shows when you read through the History section of his guidebooks.
He's also very humble regarding his achievements, and downplays his pivotal role in the birth of sport climbing in North America!
