Interesting, Marc. Not sure why people wouldn't turn their devices off, when.leaving them in the car, but it sounds like that's the solution.

That whole thing made me kind of chuckle. Who is leaving their goddamned bluetooth devices on in the car? You leave your iPad and laptop running while you climb? Also, you leave your iPhone? Put it in your pack or your jacket pocket. Also, who is bringing all of that expensive crap with them when they climb? This must be a Sprinter van problem, and honestly, you don't need a bluetooth scanner to tell you a Sprinter is going to have tons of super expensive electronics inside plus many, many CBD products and tinctures and most of an uneaten vegan burrito.

Now those bluetooth scanners are good for one thing, and that's detecting rogue card scanners on ATM machines and gas pumps. This is how thieves retrieve the card data without dismantling their skimmers. They just connect with the device and download the data. When you detect the signal from the rogue bluetooth device, it will have a cryptic name and stand out from legit devices. Kind of a cool thing to look for when around town. I usually inspect gas pumps for skimmers when I pay at the pump and look for tamper-proof tape.

I mean I have cameras that may be left in the car at any given time... Phone is often left on in the car. I will be more cautious now that I know ppl can scan for them. I need a scanner more mostly uneaten vegan burritos mmmm.

Just about any very expensive pure bred dog that people in Boulder like will do that, with training. You can start an Instagram account for the dog to offset the cost of caring for it. RadCragDog69@instagram.
