Would you trust them? On one hand I can't find any info about certifications they may have... On the other I understand this brand to be somewhat reputable.

I can place a nice fat 8m glue-in Twist bolt from Bolt Products for a lot less, including the A7+ glue. I am not really a fan of plate style hangers (after using Fixe ones for years that eat up aluminum biners). If I had to use none glue-ins for some reason, I would use the welded rod stock ones that Jim Titt makes. I also don't like bolts that leave the hanger over threaded studs sticking out of the rock.

If not mistaken Kailas makes totem cams. I'm sure their hardware is bomber and overpriced like their cams.

I don't know about that. So far as I know Totem makes cams and that's it. I wouldn't be surprised if another company makes stuff for Kailas. Kailas sees to re-brand other companies gear.

All of their bolts and hangers are rebranded Climbing Technologies hardware. Fine to use but overpriced as hell.

An "interesting" company. Listed in a letterbox adress in Cyprus along with about 50 others selling a curios selection of goods (nice sex dolls by the way). A front for a Chinese company called Hamswan. And the bolts are a ludicrous price.

There is a coupon bouncing around that will get you 50% off everything at Kailas. With that it's a pretty good deal.

The hanger shown on the kailas site has four little nubs punched in to stick out the base, similar to fixe hanger. All the hangers I see on CT's site are smooth/flat on the rock interface, like Climb Tech hangers. I also don't see the goofy o ring idea with any of the bolts on CT's site. Seems like punching those little nubs in is going to take some additional tooling and if you were manufacturing for a third party using those you would add the feature to your own product.

The shape is a generic Italian-made hanger sold by several companies, the nubs are a newer version.

I have lived in China the past 6 years. Kailas is a Chinese brand and alot of the sport climbing areas here in China use Kailas bolts.

To the question about Kailas' cams - they are manufactured by Totem in spain, and are just branded as 'kailas'
Still wondering about these bolts... If they were re-branded CT bolts, why would Kailas not specify the certifications? As someone else pointed out, Kailas bolts can be obtained at half off through a deal that's floating around here, making them 25% less expensive than Fixe. My confidence in them might be reduced by more than 25% as well, though.

Totally separate companies. Climbing Technologies is an Italian company. You can special order bulk hardware from their factory in large quantaities hence the Italian lookin hangers and rings.
