I personally like to hide in the bushes and when the guy walks out and doesn't pick up his poop bags...pick them up and slowly watch the guy..and when he gets to his car, run up past him and yell "you forgot your shitbags you piece of shit" and slam them down on his windshield and run away.

im not even remotely making this up, but i once witnessed a guy do this (just not with dog poop, but with trash left on the side of the road). He ran up to the car and threw it in their window...

turns out, he got the wrong car. who knew that 2 different white 4 door sedans would be parked in the same spot.... turns out the guy that got the trash in his car was way chill, but it easily could have gone the wrong way...

No one is going to chase the crazy naked guy who carries dog shit bags to throw at people after hiding in the bushes....lets be real

I don't understand why would you run after that?  seems to me you would be missing all the fun?
