Hit spooky/peekaboo gulch near Escalante. Not really much canyoneering required for those but they are amazing and narrow down to about 8 inches wide to squeeze through. A lifetime of other canyoneering options nearby as well with no crowds whatsoever. Right on your way to Moab.

I just did Pine Creek in Zion and it was a blast.  Easily done with a single 70 meter rope (I think a 60 might also work, but don't take my word for it).  All the anchors are bolted or in good condition, zero route finding, and you should be able to get through it in 3-4 hours at a relaxed pace, even if you've never done a canyon before.  Wetsuits recommended but not required IMO.  We had some company last Saturday, but my friends did it on Thurs and Fri and they had the entire canyon to themselves.

Leprechaun is right off the road and a great intro canyon. Quandary is awesome, but be prepared for a pretty wild road in, as for most San Rafael canyons. As stated by Todd, make sure to avoid the direct in Quandary otherwise you could be in some trouble without pothole escape knowledge. If you are in Moab, Rock of Ages and Medieval Chamber are my favorites, though I second that anything by hanksville is better to avoid the crowds. Cheesebox in Cedar Mesa is also an incredible canyon if you are looking for something a bit more off the beaten path. Kind of rough roads in, but not too high clearance needed if I remember clearly.

Thanks for all the info! Is there any app or website where I can find info and all the areas mentioned?

Yep +1 on the Leprechaun slots.  Short hike in, easy skinnies with a few short rappels.  Each were wet when I did them but just after drops.

I see this ending with you having to cut your girlfriend's arm off. Good luck.

Two Dad's and a Rope guiding company is a great and reliable local outfitter in St George. They know the local slot canyons and guide for much less than the Springdale companies. Contact them on their website 2dadsandarope.com and they will give you lots of info even if you don't use them as guides.

If you're a reasonably confident with climbing logistics and enjoy rappelling, I'd strongly recommend Pine Creek Canyon.

My wife and I were there last year and did Pine Creek then Keyhole canyons in a day, and Pine Creek might have been the highlight of the trip.  Lots of good rappels and awesome scenery, and quite a bit of Canyon swimming when we were there.  We were there in wet late October, so we rented dry suits, but they are not supposed to be necessary when its nicer out.

Edit: Pine Creek was our first time doing any canyoneering.  If you do any multi pitch climbing, this will be a comfortable descent.

Remember that any slot in Zion NP requires a permit; eg: Pine Creek, Keyhole.

I also recommend Pine Creek. Wonderfully fun, and should be easy for a climber.

Climb-utah has the best route descriptions but requires a subscription. You can also check out blue gnome or canyoneering USA

Neon canyon....

Neon Canyon has possible pothole escapes, a pretty dangerous beginner canyon, plus a huge approach. I usually use climb-utan for my beta. The GPS points are really useful, especially in an area like the Irish Canyons, where the difficulty changes drastically depending on what fork you go in.
