Got notification that my order will not ship until May 20th

yikes. if its what you ordered and its still 50% off that doesn't seem too awful. but thats a far cry from the 5-7 days they were communicating. maybe they need to get you one of those 200$ gift cards that F Loyd got. 

I ordered 4 seperate times. First (2 cams) arrived today. Also got the message about May 20 for shipment. I can live with that.

Got everything today - a WindBurner Duo stove, a new harness, and some goggles. All arrived exactly as described. I'll definitely buy again from them in the future.

The email said the goal is for all orders to ship by May 20. That doesn't mean yours won't go out earlier. Plenty of people have already received theirs.

Got mine monday. It was missing 1 quickdraw but I figured I’d deal with it since I definitely got my moneys worth on everything else.

If people are getting $200 giftcards for similar mistakes I may change my mind about “letting it slide” though....

I really hope these guys are doing alright. It's beyond generous that they're fulfilling all of these orders, they could (and should) have shut it down as soon as traffic got really abnormal.

Please try to pay them back in the future by ordering some non-discount gear from them.

Put me down for "amazing." Recieved my order on Monday. Exactly what I wanted at a great price. Excellent sale and service Alpenglow.

No email at all after the initial order confirmation. $400 worth of gear. The order detail online says “Awaiting Shipment”. Just trying to stay patient since it was such a great deal. 

Still not a peep about my 2 orders

Edit: I checked order status and it says “email and refund” in the notes.

So I guess no awesome deals for me

I think they picked up a lot of customers, so I think they will come out ahead in the long-run. It sounds like this is a learning opportunity for them to refine their processes. The fact that they had their warehouse filling orders overnight shows that they are trying their best. Sounds like a good group of people.
