Is Dopey Duck part of the Raptor Closure?

MP says "Seasonal Raptor closure in effect January 15-August 15.
NC Wall- All climbing routes between and including Tightrope and Bumblebee Buttress are closed.
Shortoff Mountain- All climbing between and including C.O. to and including Paradigm Shift are closed."

I don't see any routes called C.O. on MP or any starting with C. & O. on Shortoff.  Can anyone tell me which area is affected?  is it the Upper Wall?

The raptor closure includes climbs to the climbers right  of construction job, or at least has in years past

90 percent of the cliff is open

Yes... was debating doing the classic Mummy/Daddy or going bigger with Dopey...  I'm drawn to the Duck.

There are quite a few stellar options at Shortoff bridging the gap between those two objectives. Get out there!
