Bolt replacement mentor wanted! J tree or other I have experience

Would love to help replace bolts. I have a botch bulldog and tons of experience placing bolts. I want to learn to use the homemade devices and tricks to get out 5 piece, button heads, and such.

Super psyched on climbing the routes we rebolt too. I would be using the skill to help hole for hole bolt replacement in the witchitas mountains and quartz mountain in my home state! 

If you can’t spell Bosch?

Rolf. I read his statement as "bolt for bolt" replacement has been approved at Wichita refuge.  He is trying to learn how to do it properly.
