Moab in the rain

What are some things to do in the Moab area when it is raining? Indoor recreation? Quarky places? etc.

If you’re lucky enough to catch a good storm, the hiking is surreal.

Just a heads up to all coming in from out of the region - Moab area  saw a significant amount of rain and much rock and ground is still wet. Be prudent and patient. If the soil is still wet, don’t climb!

No. Don't go climb a bolt ladder. Stay off the rock. Take some of these other excellent suggestions. 

There’s some brewery’s in town if you drink. Polygamy Porter. Bring a six pack home to the wives. 

Check out Indian Creek.  The walls get way less crowded after storms
