Best places for top rope near Phoenix

Hi, near to the area trying to find a good place to top rope near Phoenix. What gear do I need to set up anchors? Thanks

The Cactus Flower wall at Pinnacle Peak is a pretty good option. The routes are short and it's easy to scramble around and access the anchors from the top. Many routes have 2 bolts on top, some need cams/nuts.

Any suggestions for my lemmon?
