Took the tools for a walk up to the north side of Quandry and came up empty handed. This area is usually a good ice indicator for early season. But... there is a good solid dusting and it was cold and windy. One route to keep a close eye on is North Star. |

Winter park and Loveland got snow and Aspen got snow as low as 8,000 ft. Pikes peak looks great to! Plus there is a larger colder storm coming in this weekend. Let the season begin! |
