Deadly booby traps in Provo Canyon. Can't say I am too surprised.

i've always thought it a bit odd that our legal system takes it easy on you if you fail in your attempt at being a criminal.

shoot at someone and kill them? 1st degree murder charge.
shoot and miss? Attempted murder.

and, these guys get reckless endangerment charges for setting a trap that could easily have killed someone? wtf?!
