Thinking about heading down this weekend...has anybody been in from the horse farm this week...snow? ice?

I heard that P-way is covered in ice, but don't know this for sure...

I heard that as well...just surprised up here in VT anything under 1500' is pretty dry. Here's a beauty from a hike on Sunday...found 20 like this overhanging 14 footer:

How about Lincoln woods?

Most of Pway is clear, Round Pond is in good shape getting lots of sun throughout the day, Boulder Natural is pretty soaked with ice in lots of the cracks and wet top outs. Blair woods is a good option as it also gets lots of sun but the drive in can be a little slippery.

Thanks! Round Pond area was where we were planning

I was out there last weekend and Round Pond is ok. Boulder natural was a mess with snow and ice(mostly on the topouts) but trailside boulders were the best. Dry and nice and warm in the afternoon sun. The trail in from the horse farm was an icy mess, bring spikes for your shoes or a sled.

Area 51, being on a south slope, loses snow pretty quickly. It is less climbed on than the more known areas, so may need cleaning though and most of the routes are unducumented.

Snow this weekend, RI to NH. Then warmer and drier trend.

No snow here, the storm didn't amount to anything...

Yeah, it was a BIG NOTHING!! We got maybe half an inch yesterday which was gone by nightfall. Today (Sun) was cold and way too windy to be comfortable though.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
