My sister tried to hike Cecret Lake about a week and a half ago and she had to turn back because it was still buried in snow. Don't know if it's any better now.
You might try calling the REI in SLC. They have a Public Lands Information Desk, and they can usually tell you the status of hikes and trails in the wasatch range.
I climbed the Castle 2 weekends ago. Cecret didn't look any more buried than it was last year when they opened the summer road... All routes should be climbable if dry but they'll start at the 2nd or 3rd bolt. I don't know if the summer road is opened yet, it's actually not that bad of a hike from the gate, probably 45 minutes if you take the lower dirt road that goes to the base of Sugarloaf (the lift).
I was biking up around Albion Basin today. The summer road is open and I would guess that there will be hoards of hikers out on Saturday; good luck getting a parking spot. From what I could see there is some snow around the base of the various climbing walls, but nothing too bad. FYI, Creekside Wall can be a bit of a hassle if there is a lot of snow and runoff, you will be pulling your rope into the river. Green Stash and the other stuff up above the lake will be drier.
up to the green stash wall today - didn't do the far left 10a but heard it was wet at the bottom - the 10b was soaking through the first 4 bolts - the other climbs we did (the left of the two that go to the shared anchors and the last climb on the right) didn't have any abvious wet spots
