FWIW, we'll go and unless a local (not the owner) gets too shrill about the private property issue we should have a good time. If the owner objects we'll politely leave. Probably also do a quick litter pick-up, just the right thing to do. I'm pretty sick of climbing sites being shut down, esp in the Pine area. Couldn't hurt.

Hey Mark, hope all is well. Yeah, I know Squat and esp Sphinx are off limits. Frustrating, I loved climbing at both.

In my opinion buying or splitting a new windshield would be the right thing to do, regardless of who it is.

What I was trying to point out is if the action taken by RockinGal had been directed towards the landowner or a neighbor there could have been serious consequences for the climbing community as a whole.
