Funeral March sounds like a good plan. See you guys there.

I'm in for burger and beer after. Either location is fine with me.

Turns out I won't be headed down there early. I'll plan to be at the main parking area around 5-5:30. I think Jim is on the same schedule. Between he and I we can get the big gear, a standard rack and a rope. Sounds like Tony wants to hit a few other things nearby, so a second rack and rope would be useful.

Sorry guys, I flaked. I was climbing at Castle Rock, and the routes were too good to leave to drive all the way down to Eldo for one pitch.

Hope that didn't screw you over.

Anyone interested in a Sunday edition?

No worries Rich. Was a good evening even though some of us didn't do the offwidth :) there are so many good routes on the upper West Ridge. A bit of loose rock was removed yesterday and thanks to Jim a #4 over-cammed camalot was recovered. And a couple of Old Chubs were enjoyed. Yep, good times.

Me too. Got scared off by the weather last month and then was outta town. I'm in for Tuesday. Where's TNOW this week?

Definitely interested! I haven't made it out to one of these yet, but I really want to suffer with the group! Does this wicked hot weather allow for better sweat based groveling lubrication? Wheres it at this week?

I'd suggest Castle Rock (By Gully, etc). It should be a little cooler up there. I may or may not be able to make it tommorrow.

I got a BD 4.5 and a new 4 if that helps.

I am definitely up for a Castle Rock/TNO evening- can't help with the gear though.

I had held off on posting because I didn't know my status. I can make it though and bring big gear (to new #6 Camalot). I can also meet up early afternoon. If it freaking rains again I'm going to be pissed. :)

I thought i'd be able to make it for me first tuesday night offwidth but I guess I'm going to have to wait till next week. Hope you guys have fun tonight and I hope to make it next week.

Sun is out here so I'm hopeful. I'm willing to drive up regardless, if it starts to pour, I'll just bail to the BRC.

3:30 at castle rock or 3:30 leaving boulder and ~4 at castle rock? I'll pack a mess of gear and if we have extra we can always hang more than one rope.

We're headed up there shortly. Blue Honda Element and pregnant wife will make me easy to identify :)

Well the rain probably scared everyone away. David and I both had a go at By Gully on lead (which at least the lower part stays dry in a fairly heavy rain) and got bouted pretty good! I figured out a good sequence for the lower part and almost got established in the squeeze but couldn't quite figure out how to get my legs up. Some day soon I'll be taking another crack at it. With the bolt and a #2 camalot you can fall out all day long though :)

Anyone thrutching tomorrow?

I've been wanting to check out Haradrim in South Saint Vrain for awhile and an easier OW Admission Crack is right around the corner.
