Ok, that is enough, we MP'ers need to band together to destroy this stupid, long, spray-fest. Nothing like feeding the fuel when cranky New Yorkers and depressed, well, whatever you peoples from Ct call your selves. Could an admin simply remove this thread? Probably, why haven't they? Don't know. Maybe if enough members show that we want this thread gone, it will get someones attention.. So what say ye? Yay? or Nay?

It's kind of the MP Real World vs. Road Rules or something. Why cancel it when it still draws viewers?

Why kill the thread? If you don't like it, don't read it, and don't post. Let other people do their thing.

For starters I spent the first 25 years of my life in the New York, and make a point to climb all over New England whenever I go back. So do not think for a second that this does not pertain to me. Maybe you ought not think that the world is so large, and issues like this are limited to affecting only the people currently living in that area. Because well, everybody knows that people always stay in one place in a lifetime.

Kill the thread? Now this makes 12 extra posts and a whole extra thread on the topic. Here are 3 bits of wisdom, since I am not wise, I will attribute each of them to other people: 1) The best way to let murky water settle is to leave it alone. 2) When it comes to matters nto of law but of action, we live in a Doacracy, not a Democracy. Talking is just that. Those that take action cast the real votes. 3) Almost everything contentious is decided by radicals on one side or another because they are the ones really passionate about it. The rest of us got lives to lead.

Children close your ears... Ahem..I believe the term is "Connecticunts". As a relocated Masshole, I believe the term is quite apt.
