Maybe someone more tech savy can post the picture of the hanger on this thread....I agree about the terrifying part. 20 year old bolt hangers should not resemble onions.

Sport climbing killz, people. Never forget that. But seriously, this can't help but stick in your craw for a while. Just two more cents: I second all of the ringing Stainless Steel endorsements on the Cascade thread, but more people need to know that, if you are going to switch to stainless bolts and hangers, installation with a proper torque wrench is even more important with stainless. SS is much more prone to weakening through overtorquing. Just thought that I would throw that out there. Cheers.
