Does anybody know where some good camping is in the utah hills and beaver dam mountains? Is it pretty easy to find a spot with flat bedding and okay shelter from sun and wind? i.e. any vegetation that is not a joshua tree or sagebrush. Any info would be appreciated.

Also I was wondering where the best(most friendly to someone in the 11 range in american fork) limestone in the area is, woodbury road, utah hills or welcome springs.

Woodbury road(Kelly's, Black and Tan) would be good for you. You can camp right there and the approach is a minute if that. The great thing about all the areas you mentioned is that they are close to each other, so you could easily go somewhere else if you choose. Welcome Springs is amazing, but perhaps a little light in the 11 range, though it has been awhile since I've been there. The Southern Limestone guide is a bit outdated as far as how many routes are up at Welcome Springs now.

sweet thanks a bunch man. Have you been to woodbury road since the fire in 2006? Anyone else have camping beta just in case woodbury road is too burnt up to be enjoyable?
