fill in the blank. Why do you go climbing
Becuase it's your... |
Better than sex! |
I wouldn't go that far |
I guess that there needs to be balance between sex and climbing, but for me, if I'm gettin mine regularly, climbing is better. If I had choose between the two forever I'd choose climbing. (Maybe that is why I am divorced!) |
...cause there's always new routes to do. A three star FA is as good as one star sex, and one star sex will not help you to climb harder. (no pun intended) |

probably becuase its a lifestyle. |
Because it takes me away from the rat race for awhile. |

Because it is the only time in my day, week, month, year when I feel totally focused, contented, at peace and left alone... while being completely aware, without realizing it. |
because I enjoy it more than anyother outdoor pursuit |
Within the bounds of social or motivational psychology, one might say: |
Because it's better than a dirt nap. |

Climbing is great because just when you think you know what you're doing, you get shut down on a climb 4 grades below your limit. There is so much to learn and there is always a climb out there just beyond your limit. |

Because I can combine sex and climbing. Ya see, my wife is my climbing partner. There is nothing like doing a multipitch route and having sex at the top. |
