Moving to CO

Hey everyone, |

|
Boulder, Boulder, and close to Boulder. Everyone says it's way too expensive, but I live with just one other roomate, and my rent is under $400. $400-500 would be about average though, so I caught a deal. Craig's List Boulder or Denver is a great place to start looking for a place, and possibly a job. I moved out here from IL and had to live in Gunbarrel for a while till I lucked out and found my current place. There are many other towns around that are cheaper, and public transportation does a deceit job . Vitamin Cottage is cheaper than Whole Foods. If you need a place to crash for a few days, our couch might be open! PM if you'd like, and good luck! Tim |

Where to move, how to find a job, etc. is hard to answer unless you give a little info about yourself. What kind of job are you looking for? You want to be close to the climbing? What outdoor activities are you trying to be close to? etc. etc. etc. |

Thanks for the quick response. hmmmm, a little more about me. I am working on going to college part time; finance degree. I have prior expirience in retail banking, management, and I currently work at the Chicago Board of Trade helping to manage commodity trading accounts for international grain companies. As far as a job goes it could go both ways. If i could get something in the same industry that would be great, but im also open to grab something taht pays the rent that is easy going, like working retail in a climbing/ski shop etc....I will try looking in the boulder area, I've been there before and love it but have heard it is more expensive. I would love to start climbing rock and continue mountaineering and of course skiing. I love everything about CO from fly fishing to rock climbing, skiing, etc... I'd also love to learn ice climbing as well as go camping as much as possible. So anything close to everything is where I want to be. haha if that makes any sense |
