Description

1/4 mile past the Solomon Wall the canyon turns left (south), 1/4 mile more and the canyon turns back to the west (right) forming a prominant prow. This is the area and there are numerous new lines on either side of the creek bed.

This area has the largest collection of difficult climbs in this part of the canyon, with over 15 routes ranging from 5.7 to hard 5.12. The polished rock on the right side makes for some fun and intimidating starts. There is also one more bolted route beyond Riverbend, which is a solid 5.8 on the right side.

Route names come from Greg Opland.

Getting There

Continue down the river bed past Valerie's Book until the river turns 90 degrees right with a big boulder in the riverbed just before the turn. Face's on either side the right side is RBR wall.
