Description

This is a moderate crag with routes ranging between 5.7 and a single 5.12-. It's a nice shady spot that's at a pretty high altitude so it's good in the summer.

Getting There

Get to Shymbulak. Follow the road that continues up Tuyuk Su (the only road that continues out of Shymbulak that doesn't go up the ski hill). It's located about .5 miles up the road from Shymbulak. Look for signs for the memorial and benches under nice shade trees to the left of the road as you walk up. On weekends people often camp here. The crag is directly above these benches and is very obvious. Get the guidebook from local gear shops or climbing gyms for specific route information!
