Description

Franchard encompasses some of Fontainebleau’s most popular bouldering areas. It has 20+ subareas, including the well-known Franchard Isatis and Cuisinière. Most are accessed from the main parking off the D-409 between Fontainebleau and Arbonne-La-Fôret. (Please note that this parking is for day use only; camping is not permitted.)

Getting There

Take the D-409 west from Fontainebleau or east from Arbonne-La-Fôret to the Route du Loup and go south to the Isatis-Cuisinière parking.
