Description
Franchard Cuisiniere was my number one destination for my first visit to Fontainebleau because of the Dave Graham clip of Duel on Dosage 2. It just looked like such a cool problem and with it's slabby nature, I thought I'd like a shot at it. In the end, it was much too wet during my trip to Fontainebleau, so I didn't even bother looking at the boulder. However, if you were inspired by this video too, the boulder is apparently only about 100 meters away from the parking area.
There are two orange circuits, a red circuit and a white circuit. The N°3 orange circuit keeps you quite busy and often off the ground for as it has 75 boulders and covers about 6km!

Getting There
From Fontainebleau, drive in the direction of Milly/Etampes on the D409 and keep left when the road branches off towards Macherin. After about 1km further, turn left into the forest on the road Route des Buttes de Fontainebleau (it's not labeled very clearly). Continue down the dirt road for 650m to a parking area at the intersection with Route du Renardeau.
From the parking, continue following Route de Butte until you see the boulders on your left (about 140m). Follow a orange-marked path to them.
