Description

Sunny crag with great quality limestone routes ranging in difficulty from 4a to 9b. There is a Swiss Alpine Club Hut located at this crag, Winteregghütte, so be respectful of the people staying there. The overhanging cliff can provide dry conditions in light rain.

Getting There

The approach is about a 10 minute walk to the west from the top of the Sunnbüel cable car. Follow Route Signs for Gällihore until you reach a hut built into the cliff face - this is Winteregg. Be careful not to walk on the mountain bike trail, and keep your distance from any cows if they are in the valley.
