Description

At first glance, the Sky Wall is an impressive looking 500' cliff face. Closer inspection might just crush your ambitions - don't fret, good rock does exist, it's just not the majority of the cliff. A few veins of good stone have been capitalized upon yielding wildly inspiring results. From the extremely overhanging rock climb in The Eye known as Conspiracy Theory, to the very modern, bolted seven pitch winter dry-tool route, A Fool’s Errand, the Sky Wall adds some spice to the wild nature of Wolverine Canyon climbing.

Getting There

A half mile up the canyon from where the pavement ends. You can't miss the big cliff on the north side of the road. There is a pull-out on the south side of the road directly across from the wall. From the pull-out, walk back down the road for 50 yards; just past the Wolverine Creek culvert and where the road bends, is the beginning of the access trail. This climbers trail traverses the talus below the cliff.
