Description

Mount Buller is home to two alpine routes that are gaining popularity, the West Buttress Scrambling route (Trad 5.7) and Running of the Buller (Sport 5.9 11 pitches) which links to the upper half of the scramble route.

Getting There

Mount Buller is located approximately 40 minutes from Canmore down the spray lakes road. The climbing is on buttress #4 (closest to the road). The approach to the climbing is a short 15 minute walk from the road.
