Description
The cluster of boulders before you get the the "Main Area". Many classics including the namesake "Sternum" and some popular climbs "Face in the Crowd" and "Grimace" hidden in a corridor.
Getting There
Hike past the Front Area of boulders staying on the well travelled path that runs parallel with the golf course. The trail passes a cluster that resides in a gulley/ depression and crosses over a seasonal creek. Hike past this cluster up the hill on the well traveled path. The next cluster of boulders includes some of the first problems of this sub-area reached along the main trail. Some of these problems include "Crack of Doom", "Ribcage", "Sternum" and "Ace of Spades".
