Sherwood Forest Climbing

Method 1: Take the Main Trail as normal, once you hit the Yellow House there is a subtle trail on the right, that is easy to find once you know where to look (33.006417, -116.959800). Follow this trail down hill, through the left bend and to a fork. The right fork will take you in front of the dried up pond, and the left fork will take you to Showtime and Terror Eyes. Take the right fork, pass the dried pond and meet the old fire road. Turn left to head up to the big switch back which is where Sherwood Forest is.

Method 2: Cut across the fire road from the Hanging Gardens

Method 3: Walk up the fire road just past the entrance to the fire station. NOTE this is in reference to the fire road that is NOT the main trail. It is the gated turn passed Mt Woodson Rd (33.009860, -116.954937), and while you can easily walk around the gate, the other approaches are better
