The guidebook by Colombeti says that this is a historical crag opened by the Catores group of climbers and guides out of Gardena. The sport climbing venues of Cascata and Woodstock are nice options for iffy weather and the longer routes of Pilastro di Sogno (the Dream Pillar) when weather isn't threatening.

Getting There Suggest change

Cansla is found by driving from Selva di Val Gardena for about 3 km along SS242 toward Sella Pass. From the junction for Gardena Pass road and SS242 go south about 400m and park on the right side of the road (room for about five cars). Cross the road and follow a trail on the left side of the rocky stream bed. For the sport crags Cascata there are bolted routes on the left of the creek and right. Above and right of Cascata is the Woodstock zone.
