Description

The buttress of the living dead, Simon's Quest. Glenn Danzig's favorite crag.
If you've driven through Marjum canyon before, you've defintely seen this castle-like limestone structure.
The rock quality is a little manky, loose and sharp, however the unique features on the routes make up for the loose stuff.
Bring a few band-aids, helmets and your strongest holy water.

Getting There

You can see the buttress from the road. Park on the road or the next campsite pull out east of the Hermit's campsite pull out. From here, cross the road, follow the scree up the obvious ramp to the left, until you reach the second tier of the buttress.
