El Cosmos: beautiful roof with bouldery moves!

El Cosmos is one of the most beautiful sectors of the valley with stunning views of the Sacred Valley and glaciers as a backdrop. Climbable year-round, any time of day. Bring a windbreaker; the afternoons can be extremely windy and chilly.

Getting There

Cross the first tension bridge in Paucarbamba, turn left, and park close to the houses on your left. Do not block any doors. There is a road that takes you towards the sector. Once you have crossed the valley floor ask for Sra. Aide, you will have to pay S/3 x person to enter. Hike up gradually crossing to your left.
