Description Suggest change

Krraba is a small village about 40 minutes south of Tirana. The valley east of the village hosts numerous crag. As of 2022 there are just over 100 routes with room to perhaps double that number. The style is varied with tufa, slab and vertical options on nice limestone. The routes are generally short and absurdly well protected. (Think Climbing Gym)
The original wave of development has focused on north and west facing aspects making it a good destination for warmer times of the year. One factor to be wary of is the high seepage issue of the south side of the valley. After a heavy rain nearly all of the routes can be wet and will need a couple of days to dry out. Save yourself a gas and go to Bovilla if the wet season is doing what it does best. If the forecast has been good and the temperatures have you searching for shade during the dry season this is the place to be.
