Pau is a town situated in the Aquitaine region, about an hour from the Pyrénées mountains. Devoid of almost any natural rock, most climbs within Pau are limited to buildering and, according to locals, top rope. Most climbs are situated in "Le Hédas" (translated to "the moat") in Centre Ville, or in peripheral areas.
