Description
This narrow canyon has a large number of routes (like 40) in a compact area, mostly between 11a and 12c.
You can always find shade here too.
It can seem crowded in here, as there is little space to spread out; so maybe not the best place for children.
Getting There
Follow the main trail to G3. Go past the turn for Sombras (on the left) and Lamúrias (on the right), and Ninhos (also on the right).
The next intersection after Ninhos is signposted for Vale da Perseguida; turn right here. The trail becomes rocky and has several forks. Take the main fork steeply uphill into the mouth of the canyon. (Don't take the leftmost fork, as that goes up the hillside left of the mouth of the canyon.) At the height of land, continue straight and steeply downhill into the canyon.
