Description

Home to about 25 multi-pitch ice and mixed routes within a 20 minute walk of Kandersteg. A ledge traverses most of the cliff so generally the first and second halfs of routes can be mixed and matched. Routes can be found in the book "Hot Ice - West" by Urs Odermatt.

Getting There

From parking at the Oeschinensee Talstation the cliff is visible directly to the south. A trail leaves the parking lot to the south and crosses the Oeschibach, leading to the base of the routes in about 20 minutes.
